Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £120.
For orders below £120 the shipping fee’s are based on weight:
Small parcels
Royal mail 2nd class signed for £4.50
Large parcels (baskets, mattress, cushions)
Royal Mail 2nd class signed or Parcel Force £10
We are currently only shipping to the UK whilst we work on an affordable option for
EU and Worldwide shipping. Please bare with us.
Due to the size of some items, larger orders may be split into multiple parcels.
We will always dispatch your orders within 5 working days. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a dispatch email.
As we hand pack and ship all our items we quality check as we go, and would never send out anything that didn’t meet our standards. We must stress our items are all handmade so we naturally allow for differences.
We are unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchanges on our products.
Should anything have been damaged in transit please notify us within 2 working days of receiving the goods by emailing us at hello@alexandanniestudio.com and provide images of the packaging and item as you received it, we will then arrange an exchange with you.
